Project for Workplace Stress Reduction
About Us
Our mission is to provide individuals in high-intensity workplaces with meditation-based leadership and other training that promotes wellness, resilience, and improved performance. Individuals in a high-intensity workplace who can lead from their center and maintain their focus can vastly improve productivity, morale, credibility and organizational viability. These individuals are the foundation of effective, profitable, and well-aligned organizations.
