Project for Workplace Stress Reduction
Our mission is to provide stress reduction and leadership training grounded in contemplative practices to enable individuals and organizations to perform at their best. Individuals in a high intensity workplace who can lead from their center and maintain their focus can vastly improve productivity, morale, credibility and organizational viability. These individuals are the foundation of effective, profitable, and well-aligned organizations. Our training teaches participants to use mindfulness to enhance professional abilities, a sense of well-being, and optimize the effectiveness of the organization. Human potential is maximized through the development of self-awareness, compassion, and the ability to understand the organization.
